Crafted to Exacting Specifications
Our 90 inch wheelbase 427 turnkey Cobras utilize a ladder style frame with
several cross members for rigidity as well as a big X-member in the centre of
the frame. And rather than rely on a Jaguar, Mustang II or MGB for the front
suspension, we’ve designed our own fully adjustable independent un-equaled top
and bottom Chrome Moly A-Arms for greater authenticity.
Sliding through our A-Arms are QA1 shocks and springs with sway bars fitted at
the front and back. Speaking of the back, the rear suspension is our own
independent 9" with CV Joints, Alloy T6 Housing and Hub Carriers, QA1
Alloy shocks and springs, externally adjustable for damping and height. Just
about any powerhouse can be ordered including the Ford 302 or 427 powerhouses
that made Cobra synonymous with awesome performance.
The body of our Cobra is a superior fibre glass construction with hand-laid
elements for a perfect fit. As you may expect, all the edges have returns and
the fibre glass mat is fully impregnated, which leaves no hairs or strings. The
body is reinforced throughout the high stress areas and the doors have side
impact beams. The interior is truly a sight to behold. Every Cobra is very
nicely finished in a choice of leather upholstery and cut-pile carpet. The
gauges are strategically positioned to render them easy to read at a glance.
And we offer you a choice of restraint systems; you can select the traditional
four point system or a single shoulder and lap belt combination.
The legendary performance of our turn-key cobra is due in a large part to its
feel. Which is accomplished by adjusting the pedal cluster to the setting
that’s comfortable for you and by installing the diameter of steering wheel
that truly makes this machine an extension of your body

We don’t provide an empty body shell then tell you to find the rest of the car somewhere else.
REMEMBER - "PURPOSE BUILT FOR YOUR COBRA" We have a purpose built chassis with all mounting points on it, the chassis comes with VIN number and all matching steel work has been installed into your body insuring a bolt on fit every time. Keeping this in mind some cars have their bodies bonded permanently to the chassis which makes it difficult to run brake lines and effect repairs as well as painting.
We have purpose built front A-Arms to take QA1 shocks, fully adjustable for damping as wellas height, we also keep a range of springs in stock to customize your ride.
We don’t use Torana, Jag, Lexus or any other bolt in front ends. We do have our own custom built independent 9" Diff, un-equaled top and bottom Chrome Moly A - Arms and CV joints. All axles and drive flanges are made for us by Precision Cam Drives in Australia. The center housing is our own alloy casting as well as the outer bearing carriers - all heat treated to T6.
OUTBOARD disc and 4 pot Wilwood calipers are also a feature of the Independent 9".
You still have the option of the Jag IRS rear, which we shorten to the correct width; we also modify it for full caster and camber adjustment.
